Terms Of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Audiobulb website, dashboard, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Audiobulb is operated by Attri Studios Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India (“Audiobulb”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms do not govern the administration, ownership, or exploitation of your musical works. All matters relating to musical compositions, copyrights, royalty collection, and administration are governed exclusively by a separate Publishing Administration Agreement, which must be executed before any works are submitted.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Access

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern only:

• Access to and use of the Audiobulb platform
• Account creation and maintenance
• Payment of service fees
• Platform-level rules and restrictions
• General disclaimers and limitations of liability

These Terms do not:

• Transfer or license any copyright
• Authorize Audiobulb to administer works
• Govern royalty collection or distribution
• Create a publisher-writer relationship

No musical works may be submitted or administered unless a separate Publishing Administration Agreement is fully executed.

3. Description of the Service

Audiobulb provides a digital platform that enables artists, songwriters, and rights holders to access music publishing administration services once a Publishing Administration Agreement is in place.

The platform may include tools for account management, work submission workflows, royalty reporting access, and customer support.

Audiobulb may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without liability.

4. Fees and Billing

Audiobulb currently operates on a yearly service-fee model. Access to publishing administration services is subject to payment of the applicable fee.

Audiobulb does not charge a percentage-based commission on royalties; however, you acknowledge that:

• Certain fees, taxes, payment-processing costs, or legally required deductions may apply
• Fees may change in the future with reasonable notice
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of platform access.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

You remain solely responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and authorized.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Audiobulb makes no guarantees regarding:

• Royalty amounts
• Payment timelines
• Registration acceptance by third-party societies
• Accuracy or completeness of third-party data

All third-party organizations operate independently and outside Audiobulb’s control.

7. Suspension and Termination

Audiobulb may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Use the Service in a fraudulent or unlawful manner

You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination of platform access does not automatically terminate any separate Publishing Administration Agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

8. Intellectual Property (Platform Only)

All platform software, interfaces, branding, content, and documentation are the exclusive property of Audiobulb or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to Audiobulb’s intellectual property beyond limited access to use the Service as intended.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audiobulb disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audiobulb shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Audiobulb’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the Service during the preceding twelve (12) months.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City, India].

12. Changes to These Terms

Audiobulb may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
